A commercial stainless steel sink may be a single-bowl washing station, a double-bowl preparation sink, an undermount bar sink, or a customized unit designed around a particular counter. “Commercial” describes the duty requirement, not one universal shape.

Establish the Operating Requirement

Begin with the tasks performed at the sink. Washing cookware produces different loads from rinsing produce, cleaning coffee equipment, or preparing ingredients.
